Gone are the days of the dark, smoke-filled casinowhen you step into the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, youre stepping into a bright and lively tropical paradise. This is truly a resort experience for the traveler looking to relax in luxury, and with its convenient location at the south end of the Strip, youre at the heart of all the Vegas action.

Appearance
Rooms at Mandalay Bay are decorated so that you feel like youve been transported into a tropical paradise, and Mandalay Beachmuch more than just a swimming pool, with eleven acres of beach environment that includes a 1.6-million-gallon wave pool with a sand-and-surf beach and three poolsdefinitely adds to that atmosphere.
When you leave the beach, head over to one of the hotels two health clubs, or one of their two luxurious spas. Or, for the shopper, Mandalay Place is a 41-shop expanse of boutiques and stores that connects Mandalay Bay to the Luxor.
Entertainment
The entertainment and nightlife at Mandalay Bay are stellar; their showroom is the permanent home to Broadway musical Mamma Mia!
Theres a House of Blues that features all sorts of live music, and theres something for everyone in one of the nightclubs and loungesIvan Kane's Forty Deuce, rumjungle nightclub, Foundation Room, Late Night at House of Blues, and Mix Lounge. One of the most popular attractions in Vegas, Mandalay Bay is home to the Shark Reef, a 90,000 square-foot, $40 million aquarium housing over 100 species of sea animals.
Dining
Meal selection is probably one of the most difficult dilemmas youll face at Mandalay Bay, because there are so many restaurants to choose from! All that, and theres also a food court in the convention center area and several dining options along Mandalay Place. Bottom lineyoure not going to go hungry at Mandalay Bay.

Besides staying well fed, Mandalay Bay gamblers will have plenty to bet on in the fabulousand hugecasino. At 135,000 square feet, this is one of the largest and best gaming areas in Las Vegas, and whether youre a Slot fan or a Baccarat junkie, anything you want to play is here for your enjoyment.
