Plaza Las Vegas Hotel Review

Affordable, historical, and bursting with excitement—all this and more describe the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas. The Plaza Hotel, situated right at the end of Fremont Street, has been a mainstay of the Vegas hotel world for decades.

Appearance

Rooms at the Plaza are nicely priced and appointed, and the friendly Plaza staff will make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. There’s plenty to eat, a great casino, and since the Plaza provides the western bookend of Fremont Street, visitors are right in the thick of the downtown action.

The talk of downtown, the Fremont Street Experience provides free nightly light shows to amaze and dazzle, and as you stroll the street between shows, you’ll have your pick of shopping, eating, and street entertainment.

Dining

That’s not to say that the Plaza itself doesn’t offer food and fun for its visitors. Good eats can be found at the Plaza Buffet, Center Stage, the Plaza’s Food Court, and two convenient snack bars. For a night “on the town,” The Omaha Lounge and the Comedy Zone Showroom provide guests with high quality entertainment.

Gambling

The casino at the Plaza is a must for the gambler in need of a wager, and these 60,000 square feet are full of all your favorite casino games, including Blackjack, Craps, Keno, Poker, and Roulette. The casino also boasts a Bingo room, a Poker room, and over 1,000 slots for all you Slots fans.

Personal & Business Events

The Plaza is an outstanding choice if you’re looking to host a meeting or convention; plan your event with 29,000 square-feet of convention and meeting space in mind, and feel secure with the experienced business staff, audio/visual equipment, and full array of catering services.

A tradition of downtown, the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas is the ideal spot if you’re looking for an exciting vacation, near all the action, with affordable accommodations.
