Tropicana Hotel Review

In a town known for its legendary hotels, the Tropicana in Las Vegas stands as one of the most legendary of them all—and when you step into this tropical paradise, you’ll understand why.

Appearance

Long a mainstay on the Strip, the Tropicana sits proudly amongst some of the best and brightest resorts in town—the MGM Grand, The Excalibur, and New York-New York—and holds its own quite nicely. The popular Island Buffet is one of the best on the Strip, and when you need a quick bite 24-hours a day, the Garden Café cooks up all your favorites. Other delicious dining can be found at Legends Steak & Seafood, Mizuno's, Player's Deli, Tuscany Italian Café, and Java Java.

Gambling

Many a wager has passed through the Tropicana casino, and this 61,000 square foot gambling hall is a favorite hangout for the gambling set. That’s because not only does it have some of the best Slots and all the table games you need, from Craps to Poker, but the floor staff is one of the friendliest in town. The Tropicana is also home to a Poker Room and a 24-seat Race and Sports Book. Also, for the serious Slots fan, the casino features a high-stakes Slot Room— the Crystal Room.
